Hi,

Need to adjust my barometer setting for leicester locality anyone know a
webiste or phone number which can supply info.

Not sure how accurately you want the read-out, but using the following:-

http://www.xcweather.co.uk/

and setting to 'pressure' will allow you to hover over the stations and
see the value to the nearest whole mbar.

They don't seem to plot Coventry on this map (EGBE), which is arguably
one of the nearest to you: to find that station's pressure use:.........

http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/mgetmetar.pl

then type in EGBE ... get report, and the figure you want are the
numbers after the 'Q' ... so Q1021 means the pressure is 1021 mbar.

These output are all mean sea level which for most purposes is what you
require.

Also, see the FAQ, Q/A 2B.14 ... address in my sig file.

Also the second link comes up 'error you did provide a location indicator'.
