![]() 3 March 2005 Yesterday's snow stopped at 2230, leaving a depth of 10 cm of fresh snow. The accumulated total at this location stands at 26.6 cm. Today's snow depth, measured at 0900, is down to 7.2 cm. Eight inches of fresh snow were reported at Challock, bringing the accumulated total there to 13 inches; and Painters Forstal reported 6 inches of fresh snow, bringing the accumulated total there to eleven inches - both locations south of Faversham. A small amount of fresh precipitation in the rain gauge, but not enough to melt manually. Temperature at 1015 was -.2. Snow shower in progress. Colin |
