Any opinions on todays METO?
http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/Rukm1441.gif Could the High move north and give us a cold blast next week? Or will the jet remain strong to the north and keep us mild? Matty |

They look good at the long range for a cold snap I refer you to the original post which you were replying to. The same answer still applies. One model output is not sufficient evidence, if 3 or 4 were suggesting the same, then they would be cause for consideration, but to pin hopes on one model and its ensemble forecast, is foolhardy. -- Rob Overfield http://www.astrosport02.karoo.net/YorkshireWeather/ |

They look good at the long range for a cold snap I thought Philip described it well in his Radio 5 Live chat early this morning. He explained that anything for more than a week ahead is a fantasy forecast but even if you go a week beyond that, to 22nd December, there's no sign of any significant cold spell over the UK. Joe *******i had similar ideas in his Europe page on Sunday. I'd forget the white stuff for now, if I were you. -- Dave |

LOL!!!
Maybe this would seem slightly more genuine if you were to pretend to be somebody who actually liked winter... Joe "Matty H" wrote in message ...
