Hi Phil

We have had thunder and vivid lightning since around 3.30 this morning yet
it looks like Perth has had nothing. 3 powercuts to date and if I can get
out to my gauge i'll bet there has been about 25 mm

Some thunder and lightning in Ayrshire also, around 8 this morning.

Now it's foggy.

Lots of very loud and fairly continouos rumbling this morning from 06.00
until I fell asleep again, but no lightning that I saw, and not much rain. I
think the storms must have been some way south of here.

Missed us in Edinburgh.. Very humid day today, often dark skies, but
no rumbles.
