SE of Leeds just had a quick look..sun too low, but some nice patches of iridescence in some Ac patches and signs of a diffuse sun pillar upwards from sun's position. John -- York, North Yorkshire. SE of Leeds Speaking of atmospheric effects... The other night I went out for a night time bike ride, only a few miles. It was glorious - big butter coloured moon, some light cloud beautifully lit by the moonlight and still loads of stars visible between the clouds. The night was warm, hardly any wind. Lovely. |
