Yes, Anywhere in the world as long as there is a METAR observation coming
from there.

This program defaults to creating a the base map for the United States, but
can be redefined for anywhere else. From the View menu select 'Redefine
Map.' From here, draw the box around what you wish the base map to be.
Next, from the Zoom menu, select 'Enter Coordinates.' Fill in the
appropriate latitude and longitude for the area of interest. (For the UK a
good one would be Lat: +2, Lon: +48, Zoom: 6).

Now in order to draw contours and grids for this area, you must edit some of
the scripts. I will leave this to the help documentation included with Wx
Plotter(look for an included script editor in the Wx Plotter directory).
