I am looking for a website which shows long-term norms for a region. There
was supposed to be one at http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/ncdc.html but I have looked EVERYWHERE for the files--I know I've seen them before--but cannot find them ANYWHERE. Tips? LRH |
