Heat on Earth reflects into outer space not by conduction,

Here is something to think about, the Earth is kept cool by heat
reflecting into outer space not by heat conducting into space,
Reflecting heat is a 1000 times faster than conduction heat,
Reflecting heat is also much easier to measure than conducting
heat, This is because all heat that is trapped from reflection can be
measured by the amount of heat that is reflected back.
If CO2 had the ability to trap heat it would have color, depending
on the amount of Heat it absorbs or reflects.
Considering CO2 has no color and there is no way to measure CO2,
visually. it is reasonable to conclude the amount of CO2 IN the
atmosphere will neither add to or subtract from heat reflected into the
stratosphere.
About the only measurable thing on earth that absorbes a lot of
heat are trees.
Do wackos want to chop down all the trees to prevent heat from being
trapped on the earth's surface?

Where do we begin...?

Oh hell. I won't get into this again.

No global warming in Texas I can prove it

Every global warming advocate, should spend a night or two in Texas.
I came from a small town in Texas, where the atmospheric conditions are
perfect for understanding heat radiation into space.
Sometimes the air in the winter, becomes so still the caliche
dust, will linger over the town, for more than 8 hours. There is just no
movement of air. The air mixed with dust proves there is no
new air moving in from the north, because air north of the town is dust
free. . The air over the town, at 8PM is the same air over the town at
3AM.
In a labatory the scientific prostitutes can prove or disprove
anything they want,
However these are actual environmental conditions and clearly show, the
tempature can drop 30 degrees in 8 hours, if the sky is clear, and no
clouds are present to slow radiation.
This brings up the question, why are the Industrial nations,
singled out as polluters, when clearly the world can see it is the 3rd
world Nations that are causing an increase in CO2, with their
environmental recklessness, In particular cutting all the trees in the
rain forests.
Deserts in Africa and China are growing at an alarming rate, this
is a genuine environmental problem, yet there are no wackos volunteering
to plant trees in Africa. perhaps they are afraid they will wind up in
someone's cooking pot.

I would think that this guy was speaking on a large scale, not in relation
to a single location or small area.
