Default Weather data download (temp, dew pt., wind)

Can anyone direct me to someplace where I can download
up-to-the-minute weather data? I need to collect temperature, wind
direction and dew point to display on my company intranet. A feed
from the local weather service office would be ideal, but I don't know
how or where to grab such info.

Thanks is advance for any help.
