WxCanada.com is now up and running! http://www.wxcanada.com
A project that's been in the works for a couple months now has been online
for two weeks.
It's had over 1000 unique users in the first 12 days and already has 35
members!!
It is setup as a forum/website format with many options.
Already in place is the forums for discussion and for severe weather updates
(as they happen)
On board soon will be an interactive page for access to Radar and Satellite
from Canadian and US sources.
As well there will soon be a Severe Storm Report Map which will include all
the days hail, wind, tornado, heavy snow, etc reports!
In the next while there will also be a watch/warning map that will integrate
US and Canadian warnings so that you will have a heads up on all severe
weather as it crosses across the border and into Canada!
