Default November in Oregon:Where's the Rain??

It's closing out on the second November drought in 4 years after another
under-average October.Anemic sprays and sprinkles are the rule.
The yearly rain totals continue to fall short of average(38.8)and
cold temperatures as well as storms are a rarity.

Looks like continued ocean warming will finally put an end
to the customary "rainy Northwest".
