Default Where to make Tsunami disaster donation?

I would like to make a $100 contribution for the Tsunami disaster.
However, I don't know where to send me check? After the "911 WTC"
disaster Bill O'Reilly (FOX News) investigated many of the
big charities and found they didn't pass along ALL of the
money that was collected!

If anyone else is thing about donating, let us know how you
plan to do so. This disaster is so large and I feel like
I should do something!

Tim

List of organizations accepting donations.

Most charities have operating costs that also have to be met. Take a
look at their sites and most will tell you what percentage of donations
goes to what. Then you can choose what you feel is the best.

Amazon.com is collecting donations for the Asian Red Cross and promises
to pass 100% of the donations to this charity.

It looks like these guys are the least likely to have a political or
religious agenda. At least they will respect that most of the victims
and survivors are Muslim and not try to "witness" to them or some
other similar abomination.

Anyway, this is who I am donating to.

In Canada, Wal Mart is taking donations at the checkouts. They scan a
special bar code when you tell them how much you are donating. That
outfit is big enough that I don't think they need to steal any of the
money.
