Default opinions on home weather stations

am looking to buy a weather station so that I can do some forecasting -
particularly at camp. we got caught by some rain showers this year. ideas?
opinions? budget is a big factor here....

Mark: I've been using Rainwise since 1999. Very reliable and covers all
the data points. Rainwise customer service can't be beat. You can see mine
