By the same token as you are not referring to plantains; one tree at a
time is the usual way.

Blaming people tends to short circuit things in general as they need to
defer crisis management in order to defend their antics. I'm just
venting. But withdrawing funding because of the abuse of such funds is
not the way to protect the people you care about is it?

Nope!

Isn't the President of the United States being paid to look after the
people who need to be defended?

I thought he was .... but he dropped the ball.

It's outrageous .... I can have a Medevac copter lift me from
the streets here in Maryland in about 15 minutes ..... but it took
those poor people 3-4 days until the copters began removing
them from the roof tops. What a sin!

"Blame" isn't the issue, IMO. What IS the issue is knowing enough
about what/who screwed up so badly in order to know enough to prevent a
recurrence.

Like we really can't blame "Brownie" for being clueless - he has
whatever smarts God has granted him. But whom do we blame for
appointing him and Tcherkoff to such critical positions? Is there any
doubt?

Imagine the giggles resulting from Bush nominating a non-lawyer to the
Court, or a non-economist to the Fed Reserve! Sheeesh!

Of course, I'm expecting too much; the 9/11 Commission's report is
largely being ignored, and why we're not all upset about that is beyond
my comprehension.

Yeah, that's the ticket. Blame greenie policies for bankruptingCalifornia. More proof that the AGW Deniers are pathologicalpsychopaths and liars who are out of touch with reality. They may aswell blame the fact that a white Austrian right win jim sci.geo.meteorology (Meteorology) 1 July 15th 09 12:59 PM
