[6.3 2007/01/08 20:52:21 -18.489 -177.914 FIJI REGION 6.0 2007/01/08 17:21:51 39.819 70.260 KYRGYZSTAN 6.1 2007/01/08 12:48:41 8.104 92.466 NICOBAR ISLANDS I got side tracked trying to see if there was a link in their plots on a globe. Where the two Asian uakes are that perfect angle apart the distance to Fiji is not quite right at 90 degrees from Nicobar and 115 from Kyrgyzstan.] Now we have the reason that the weather in Britain has been topsy turvey: 7.9 2007/01/13 04:23:21 46.311 154.440 10.0 EAST OF THE KURIL ISLANDS http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/...quakes_all.php Funny thing I had to get up about then and I usually check the NEIC chart first thing but not today. The weather was exceptionally warm for the time of year so I went out to see if I could get cold. Ah well, off to work in the real world. I wonder why the recently revamped website still insists on shouting. |

Look out for Friday (at which time there is a change of phase, too.) |
