OK, for Britain. the harmonic was switched back some 4 hours on the
Weatherlawyer Scale with this last one. And it gave result almost
identical with the phase for a fortnight back:
JUNE 30 13 49

(Hailstones and flooding here, thunderstorms too. And various
international geo-phenomena such as massive sand storms; for which see
you friendly, local, search engine.)

Another 4 days to go before things are due to change. But will they?

If there is no super-typhoon or whatever, then things may settle down
to a rather pleasant but patchy spell with troughs and cols perhaps
intruding or vying even, with ridges. I am not sure.

Still on a learning curve with these I am afraid. I have been somewhat
lax these last few years.

Google seems to be having an hard time. I hope it isn't weather
related. Have we had any airline crashes? Ship disasters lately?
People seem not to be on their best when things are upset the way they
have been.

This message wouldn't post back then. Google and NASA among other
major internet servers having been down for a few days.

Concerns an air crash in Brazil. I am not sure the link is still
viable.

There is a relationship with the way people in positions of trust and
responsibility fail and the occurrence of large magnitude earthquakes.
When people are under the weather, terrible things happen.

There weren't any quakes in the 7M and higher range reported. But we
had more 6+ mag quakes than we'd had for a while. Maybe it is a
feature of the earth's harmonics that they interfere with
sophisticated scientific equipment not specifically designed to deal
with them.

Whatever the case there is some sort of a link with seismicity and
human behaviour.

World weather impacts
Moldova hit by major drought
24 Jul 2007

More than three-quarters of Moldova is being affected by excessive
drought, according to new figures.

Russian news agency Novosti cited official figures on July 24th which
revealed that 80 per cent of the country was experiencing acute water
shortages.

Moldova's meteorology service stated that this was severely
threatening its agricultural sector, especially key crops such as
grain.

During the last year, the country has received only half of its
typical amount of rain, with the heatwave in the last three months
increasing the problem further.

The government is currently working to try to stop the price of bread
and other granary products increasing as a result of the reduced grain
output.
