22nd JULY 06:29. http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/MoonPhase.html

And here we go with the mists, already. Large tracts of England are
under water with rivers where there used to be ancient town. Well, not
quite, ancient towns where there used to be flood plains is more like
it.

Bad husbandry taes its toll a\gain as local government has to squander
money on floundering citizens that only got into a mess because of
greedy development.

But the point is that last week aught to have been misty and therefore
someone else in the North Atlantic should have been enjoying the bad
weather.

So now it's changing. At least it looks to be. Misty weather in the UK
in the hurricane season almost inevitably precludes anything else but
hurricanes.

So we should have had this last week. Or spell I mean...

I wonder if it will work out. The mist is almost gone. In the UK that
indicates fine weather. But I can't say. I certainly don't think it
has been advertised. And if it turns out fine, you know what that
means.

When I wrote that there was an early morning mist. It was just
clearing when I opened the curtains onto a new day.

Bad husbandry takes its toll again as local government has to squander
money on floundering citizens that only got into a mess because of
greedy development.

06:30 means it's well on its way to wet from misty, in the normal run
of events. But of course this is not a normal run of events. (Rain by
7 sun by 11.)

http://satellite.ehabich.info/hurricane-watch.htm is showing a TD and
a TS in the Pacific. Nothing heart stopping but strong enough to have
an effect, maybe.

Assuming it takes it back 4 hours, which I suppose that a Cat 4
cyclone did with the previous spell; that would give a forecast of
02:30. That's high seismicity but that is already happening. Or was...
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/...quakes_all.php

What I need is a large category cyclone in the north east Pacific.

If only I had a database.
