Noel expected to hit favourable tide conditions, so not much of a tidal

Once the NHC in the U.S. determines that the storm is no longer tropical, it ceases to report it. No one picks it up. Friends of mine in ME wanted to know where to go for forecast movement. So, I sent them this, since they don't get The Weather Channel. |
