That "14" worries me as it makes the whole following spell unstable.
But that's not the worst bit. I don't have the vaguest what the 02:18
spell has in store. And as if the hour wasn't bad enough, it is
followed by the worst number of minutes imaginable. "18" urgh!

So. Tornadoes and derechos. Best I can do:

The harmonic, the nearest expression I can get to an holistic ideal
for seismicity and the weather is somewhere between what will be
visible meteorologically with for example; the sort of stuff you'd see
with thunderstorms and with old fashioned heavy rain sans the thunder.

So in Britain I think that equates to marked striations and flash
floods.

There is of course no way of providing an analogy for seismicity. That
science is virtually non existent. And when I look at the input from
the idiots on sci.geo.earthquakes, I can see it isn't going far fast,
either.
