Default how is it possible to deal with the storm ?

;-))

Thanks to the storm and the particular case of the weather design, it should
be better to determine the extension of the weather in a smart way without
the flood by the use of dedicated know-how ;
could you explain how to emphasize the storm administration and the concept of the weather customizing?

Thanks
