INCHES of rain Full story: https://www.express.co.uk/news/weath...cast-2018-rain TYPHOON Shanshan will be closely followed by a second devastating storm, with Typhoon Yagi brewing. Japan is braced for more than a foot of rain and 100mph winds when Shanshan makes landfall, expected within the next day. And the Japan Meteorological Agency today officially upgraded a tropical depression located roughly 800 miles (1,300km) southeast of Taiwan to tropical storm status, calling it Tropical Storm Yagi. This could soon become the next typhoon, according to WeatherRisk Explore Inc President Peng Chi-ming. Writing on his Facebook page, Peng said that Yagi, the 14th tropical storm of the year, could develop into a typhoon as it moves northward. Related articles Taiwan’s Central Weather Bureau (CWB) predicts Yagi will head towards Japan's Ryuku Islands and not impact Taiwan directly. ..... more .... -- @~@ Remain silent!
