It has come to our attention that Joseph Bartlo's forecast accuracy
is not all it's cracked up to be. Could this be because of his
infatuation with pests? The number of his weather forecasts have dropped
precipitously since 1995, and with that drop has come a degradation
of quality. He now only forecasts for a 2 x 2 cm squared area of his
back lawn.

We recommend that Mr. Bartlo concentrate on learning meteorology rather
than the fantasia-esque, whack-a-mole pest dance that he's been engaged
in for the better part of this century.
