Default Wet Crystal

All the rain in most of New England has in fact been freezing rain in
the higher elevations, at least around here. Woke up to a fine glaze of
ice on the trees, road signs and such. Most of it is actually still
there.

The freeze level here is about 2000'

Yesterday many places in TN recorded their latest-in-the-season
accumulating snow ever observed.
