Default Weird lightening

you made me remember a storm with exactly the same characteristics
that took place in italy in the PO valley (north).
Actually i haven't found an explanation yet for such unusual flashes
but i can just say it was the first time i saw those features: many
flashes, very few piels of thunder and there was no privileged
vertical direction of propagation in the sky.
ciao michele
