Default Is anyone using E-Alert?

I have had nothing but trouble since subscribing to E-alert USA's paging
service. Has anyone been successful in obtaining a refund for the poor
service? Anyone having similar issues with them? Thanks! Feel free to
contact me privately. Just remove no-spam from my address.
