Readers of this newsgroup may like to learn that the Climatological
Observers Link will be substantially reducing the subscription rate for its monthly Bulletin during 2004 - for those who wish to receive the electronic version. The annual rate will be £12-50 - just under a pound an issue when you include the annual summary. For unwaged subscribers the rate will be even lower. What do you get? - monthly weather reports from over 300 stations across the UK - articles and letters - charts and selected daily observations and much more, usually available by the 21st of each month. For further info, see for subscription rates: http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~brugge/colsub.html for an application/subscription form: http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~brugge/colapplic.html for an example issue: http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~brugge/bulletin.html If you make weather observations COL would be pleased to receive monthly reports from you. In any case, why not get someone to treat you to a meteorological Christmas present this year? The COL monthly bulletin is now in its 34th year. Roger Brugge Editor |
