For years now I have been harping that a CFC-variant that self
transports and absorbs sunlight and is benign to ozone will create an
Earth AirConditioner.

However, I wonder if another idea is better. That Hydrogen Peroxide
manufactured on Earth and put into commercial airlines and released in
the flight apogee and space flights have quantities and released in the
upper atmosphere whether the Hydrogen Peroxide can turn into ozone and
thereby build up the ozone to a point in which it was during the Ice
Ages if it was a Maximum amount.

So I wonder, if H2O2 is the miracle compound that forms the basis of
Earth's first global AirConditioner.

diagram the interaction of H202 and O3 in the upper atmosphere.
Question: does it look like H2O2 + O3 ---- 2 OH* + 3/2 O2? Is this the
direction you're trying for? Or is OH+O3 a source of stratospheric H2O2?

Perhaps there is no CFC-variant to make a basis for an AirConditioner.
But we should find out and prove whether CFCs could or could not act as
an AirConditioner.
