Default Wet-buld temperature, China

Hello,

I am looking for specific climate data for the location of Qingdao (China).
I am interested in the monthly means for the web-bulb temperatures and the
air temperatures. Unfortunately, I could not find any relevant information
on the internet...

Can anybody give me a hint on where to find these data?

Regards,
Philip
