Did he not say "private individuals"? AWS is anything but personal weather
stations run by a company who cares 100% about the bottom line and 0% about
having technicians available to repair the oft faulty equipment. Not to
mention Herb's site came up with 1 whole observation in the area Don was
concerned about.
