This is a good point -- we have a text version of spatially averaged
data, but the
webpage does not point to it. I'll attach the files, and we'll fix the
webpage soon.
The format is a little different that the UAH data, but you should be
able to figure it out.
There are some other latitude bands averaged that NCDC requested, plus
an average over
the continental US.
Also, we do not do any temporal smoothing of the data -- we leave that
up to the user. The data
we *plot* is smoothed by a 3 month running mean, but the text data
attached here is unsmoothed (so it may look noisier than what we plot
on the webpage).
We do not provide data south of 70S for TLT, due to the high altitude
of the Antarctic icecap. When
the land (or ice) is this high, TLT is no longer measuring the
atmosphere! So the latitude bounds for
TLT are different than for TMT or TLS.

I am looking for RSS TLT data in the same ASCII format as
UAH data, but your site does not have it. You do have
graphs comparing RSS analysis with UAH's, but you do
not offer the RSS data.
