Default SEPTEMBER HOTTEST IN 126 N. HEMISPHERE YEARS BY WIDE MARGIN!

SEPTEMBER WAS HOTTEST IN 126 N. HEMISPHERE YEARS BY A WIDE MARGIN!

Carbon fuel industry propaganda has taken a new turn. No longer
satisfied with telling a single lie at a time like they did a
few years ago, they now publish collections of lies. Meanwhile,
global mean surface temperatures continue to rise.

These hemispherically averaged temperature data come from NASA:
http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/tabledata/NH.Ts.txt
They represent the results of tens of millions of readings
taken at thousands of stations covering the lands of the Northern
Hemisphere over the last 125 years. Yes, the data are corrected
for the urban heat island effect.

The Mean September temperature over the last 126 years is 14.037 C.
The Variance is 0.08163.
The Standard Deviation, or SIGMA, is 0.2857.

Rxy 0.659616 Rxy^2 0.435093
TEMP = 13.708439 + (0.005181 * (YEAR-1879))
Degrees of Freedom = 124 F = 95.505137
Confidence of nonzero correlation = approximately
0.9999999999999999 (16 nines)
The month of September in the year 2005,
is linearly projected to be 14.361,
yet it was 15.04. -- 2.4 SIGMA above the linear
projection!
The sum of the residuals is 20.956691

Equal weight exponential least squares fit:
TEMP = 13.711279 * e^(.0003706 * (YEAR-1879))
The sum of the residuals is 20.941469

The most recent 142 continuous months, or 11 years and 10 months,
on this NH.Ts.txt data set are all above the 1951-1980
data set norm of 14 C.
There are 1509 months of data on this data set:
-- 761 of them are at or above the norm.
-- 748 of them are below the norm.
This run of 142 months above the norm is the result of a warming
world. It is too large to occur by chance at any reasonable level
of confidence. A major volcano eruption, thermonuclear war, or
meteor impact could stop this warming trend for a couple of years,
otherwise expect it to continue.

One good thing about the Internet age is that it remembers anything. So
if/when the truth comes out in some years, the anti-environmental
opinion-makers will be prosecuted by some UN Court of Justice. It is a
matter of time. But I don't see one good reason why it would not happen.
Global mischievers always end facing trial. Dictators, Tobacco firms, etc.

YES! That is probably 50 to 100 years from now.
So, the question will be, "Shall we hold the grandchildren
responsible for their grandfather's sins?" In American
justice today the answer would be no. But in many of
the world's other justice systems, the answer would be
yes. In America today, a claimant can't even sue this
generation of the Bush family for their granddad's
collaboration with the NAZIs. But that may change.

I hope it isn't the present UN World Court that handles
the case. They don't have capital punishment. I see
some agency like the Simon Wiesenthal Organization,
hunting down the children of Fossil Fool Criminals, too.

Your statements are WRONG on so many levels...

Children may inherit "Family Values", which includes a category of
contagious toxic memems, which ends up guiding their moral code in
following the behaviors of their forebears. If their behavior is
punishable, then it should be punished, without reference to the saints
or sinners up the family tree.

This is called morals. Look it up sometime. It is about holding people
culpable for behavior, not DNA.

If family fortunes were inherited, and the fortune was built on crime,
this money might be forfeit. A current lawsuit on the RICO criminals of
the Tobacco Lords is attempting (without much luck in the
crime-infested federal judiciary) to do that right now.

That is not a punishment to the current heirs of a criminal dynasty,
but disarming them of the power to commit future crimes. Hope you can
notice a subtle difference between punishment and disgorging ill-gotten
gains they ought not be enjoying in the first place.

Even the nazis, even the mafia, cares about their offspring, sort of
like the momma hyena cares about which of twin daughters killed the
birthmate to become the sole survivor. A set of twin daughter hyenas
will both starve from lack of mother nursing them unless one shows the
fratracide required for survival in their world -- peaceniks are
shunned. THe chances of moral beings coming from psychopath families is
vanishingly small. "Justice" says that those who think their way out of
the family trap ought not be punished, meaning the sins of the son are
punishable as much as the sins of the father are punishable, each upon
whom did the sin.

The biggest WRONG in your message is the denialism that Global Warming
is HERE, NOW, and punishment of the fathers is DUE NOW. You are still
making claims that Global Warming is a problem in 50 or 100 years,
thereby aiding and abetting the crimes being committed now. When people
know that the deaths and destruction NOW are punishable offenses, then
people like yOU need to reckon with your own cowardise to hold powerful
and rich criminals to account. You shrug this duty off on future
generations whom will have no society and social order to support any
kind of justice system.
