Thus, he didn't say whether he purchased a DEMO or not, or what he
purchased. He also didn't state how his unit shall be FAA certified
once placed in the field.

Anyway, I have read much in this newsgroup about these individuals and
Belfort. Thus, if they are on the up and up, then why would they pay
attention to peoples opinion! Since they engage, they appear to be
hiding something! Just, what is this! I do not know, but it is quite

Oddly, I did state that it was a wind speed and direction system. I
thought you would have understood that it was not a demolition system.
It has been installed on the roof of a laboratory many miles from any
airport and it has nothing to do with aviation. I doubt the FAA would
have any interest in certifying it. I know we do not have any need or
interest in FAA certification.

The irony of the allegation in the subject line has been amusing, since
I am an active member of the American Civil Liberties Union, as well as
that of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, both of which defends civil
liberties in the legal and electronic realms.

I must say that the discussion to date has been most illuminative and
