Default WEEKLY Test for Weather radios?? HELP PLEASE

I need some help. I searched and searched noaa's website and cannot
find a "for sure" times on wednesday when the "test" for s.a.m.e.
radios is done?

Some cite 10 am - 1 pm, other 11am - 1 pm, then other places it says
6pm-8pm??

Which is it?

Also, If I find out when this time is and my radio doesn't make a
sound am I to assume I have set up the radio incorrectly?

Please someone help me out.
thanks,
pedro
