FWIW, NOAA's new satellite ops building
in Suitland, Maryland, has made unique use of weather satellite imagery in its interior decorating scheme. It's wall art, big-time. I've put a few photos at http://cpacker.org/nsof/images.html I'm trying to locate somebody who knows which images are from which instruments, where they were looking and when they were made. When I have that information, I'll photograph the whole collection -- about a dozen -- and post here. -- Charles Packer mailboxATcpacker.org http://cpacker.org/whatnews |
