Default decoding a metar report

Can anyone help me decode this metar report?
Decode the following METAR: CYHZ 230600Z 35007KT 4SM -RA BR FEW002
OVC004 08/08 A2976 RMK SF2ST6 SLP097

I think I have most of it, but am truly at a loss when it comes to the
least two parts: SF2ST6 SLP097
Thanks, Kevin

I see, i wasn't quite sure about the numbers. I did know they were
divided into octas, but was too ignorant to make that numeric
connection with the code.
Thanks a lot, KB
