It is not too far off when we put Thistle seed or cotton fiber into the
atmosphere to control Global Warming and to end droughts. Airplanes in the apogee of flightpath emitting Thistle seed would solve global warming and solve droughts. The reason the summer of 2006 will not have killer hurricanes is because too many volcanoes have spewed ash in the past months. But the droughts continue over much of the world because too much rainfall slated for the interior of continents is dumped on the coasts due to global warming. So in the weather reporting all over the world, we need a very new number. Reported daily is the Volcanic Ash of the atmosphere. Mayon volcano was due to erupt in the Philippines and now we have this Ecuador volcano. We are approaching the summer of 1992-3 of Pinatubo ash. So we need to start the program of seeding the atmosphere with Thistle seed or cotton fibers or paper fibers. Make it a legal law that all airplanes must emit some fiber to fight Global Warming and to fight droughts. Unless we do this, our Midwest USA will be good for growing only cactus.
