If one graphs the wavelength intensities, it gives a false picture of
relative energies. Of course this is the intent of your false theory.
To make it look like the radiation of the sun is only in high
frequencies. Therefore you can say cute little words like 'longwave
radiation', and say that atmospheric restriction of radiation does not
apply to incoming solar radiation.

to attribute qualitive differences in the radiation of the earth which

energy which is always in integral multiples of hv.

hv/kT, to define the probability of the oscillator for radiating
energy at a specific frequency. It was Planck's hypothesis that 'each
spectral line originates from an electronic oscillator with specific
energy hv',
The radiation law is based upon the kT in the formula and is developed
directly from the gas law and means specifically the mean kinetic
energy of the molecules of a gas. The radiation law of Planck would be
meaningless if it did not pertain to gases, since at high temperatures
only gases exist since complex molecules are dissacociated.
