Well I am experiencing the worst summer that I can recall in all of my
life with the weather, because it has not rained enough for 3 months now and I have been reduced to that of a "waterboy", and not able to do the projects I anticipated doing. I wish the weather people would get it straight and clear in their minds before confusing others about rainfall. Rainfall is mostly a Zero-Sum Parameter because the energy on the Earth Surface and atmosphere is nearly a "constant" and so that constant amount of energy can only deliver a zero-sum amount over the continents. As global-warming increases and adds more energy into the total system then of course the amount of rainfall also increases to match the increase in energy. Let me explain the Zero-Sum by example. In 2007, England is flooded while Greece and eastern Europe is parched without rain. So here we see that the rain meant for Greece and Italy and Eastern Europe is all dumped on England. Another example is that in the USA, both Texas and Oklahoma were flooded this summer while the Dakotas and Iowa are in drought. The lesson to learn is that if you hear of flooding on one spot of the globe, expect a severe drought on a different part of the globe. And weather people should get this baloney of their El Nino and La Nino correct. It is not the Nino effect that is creating the droughts and flooding but a consequence of the JET-STREAM. So forget about the Nino effect for it is tied up with the JET STREAM. The JET STREAM is the fundamental parameter, not the Nino. My solution to solving Global Warming is to pack airplanes full of thistle seed or some other seed that slowly floats back to Earth and has a great reflection of sunlight thus cooling earth. And as the airplane reaches the apogee of flightpath to release its cargo of seed. That thistle seed solution also solves rainfall for it evens out the JET STREAM and if this plan had been in action this year, England would not have been flooded, Greece not have been charred and burned, and the USA would not have had flooding and droughts. One only needs to study the summer of 1991 (or thereabouts) when the Philippine volcano of Pinatubo gave us the coolest and wet summers. I am not saying it is a mathematical, equational Zero-Sum. I am saying it is so close to being a zero sum that it is more useful to call Weather and Rainfall as Zero Sum Parameters. One proof of this assertion is the weather averages tabulated back to the late 1800s and the rainfall averages tabulated to about 1890s. So the records of weather and rainfall support the idea of Zero Sum. But the most useful data that supports the Zero Sum claim is the idea of physics, that the planet Earth is mostly a closed system with a nearly constant amount of energy that drives the weather and the rainfall. So being a nearly closed system and a given constant overall energy would entail a Near-Zero-Sum. If the energy system that governs weather and rainfall fluctuated radically over spans of time then weather and rainfall would not be a Near-Zero-Sum. But Earth over centuries of time spans is very much a near-closed system with little fluctuation. The cycles like the rain cycle keeps rainfall within bounds. Now granted I say "near" zero sum, because global warming does increase the overall energy of the total system and that with time we should see a change in the rainfall for this century compared to future centuries. So that one can use this idea of Weather and Rainfall as Zero-Sum and say that because England is flooded this year means somewhere else on the globe has to endure extreme drought. Because Texas and Oklahoma and Kansas are flooded this year means some other state has to have severe drought. So the principle of Zero-Sum for weather and rain is to be used as a valuable tool. Not a mathematical certainty but a useful tool. And it tells us where to look next. To look into the Jet Stream and how Global Warming affects the Jet Stream, because the England and Texas flooding this year is tied to the Jet Stream. It maybe that as Global Warming increases, then the Jet Stream becomes too chaotic and thus the rainfall on continents no longer becomes stable where states and countries alternate between years of drought and years of flooding. That weather and rainfall become so chaotic, yet overall a near-zero-sum, that agriculture no longer is reliable. That weather and rainfall and violent storms create so much yearly havoc that we can no longer ignore the problems and have to build a Earth Air Conditioner that controls both weather and rain. This is done by emitting thistle seed or cotton seed in the apogee of airplane flightpath. If we had started this emission in 1995 that we would have avoided Katrina and other hurricanes and would have avoided the flooding of England in 2007 and that South Dakota would not have a drought in 2007. By intervening in the weather via emission of thistle seed into the atmosphere to reflect Sunlight, by that intervention do we begin to control Earth weather and rain. The alternative is what we are doing at present-- nothing and making the weather even worse via greenhouse gas emissions. Because we have done nothing so far but make the weather worse, means that every year will be a larger disruption over the globe. One year it is terrible hurricanes, the next year terrible droughts and floods, the next year more hurricanes. Until we actually do something, the problem gets worse and worse. So the first step is to have an airplane emitt Thistle seed in the apogee of flightpath and if every airplane did that for the past 2 years, the summer of 2007 would have been the best summer England ever saw and the best summer that South Dakota ever saw with a cool and rainy summer. So until we actually intercede in the weather, it will continue to make our lives miserable and more miserable.
