For those big words that you can't understand, like "premature", there are useful online dictionaries to consult. |

Again... since there are usually premature deaths, "an average" number of premature deaths in europe due to heat, cold, flood, ladders, auto deaths, electrocutions..... what was the increase above the average in 2003 or 2005 or 1995. Did these people die from a fall while installing air conditioners in second floor windows? If people are dieing of heat, then their comfort level in the quality of life must be terribly low. Do the Europeans disrespect their elderly so much that they leave them in worse conditions than the USA allows it's prison population to live in? It says more about Europe than it does about a warm summer. |
