30,000 more than the usual 29,000 or 1,000 more than the usual 29,000?

For those big words that you can't understand, like "premature", there
are useful online dictionaries to consult.

Again... since there are usually premature deaths, "an average"
number of premature deaths in europe due to heat, cold, flood, ladders,
auto deaths, electrocutions..... what was the increase above the average
in 2003 or 2005 or 1995. Did these people die from a fall while
installing air conditioners in second floor windows?

If people are dieing of heat, then their comfort level in the quality of
life must be terribly low. Do the Europeans disrespect their elderly so
much that they leave them in worse conditions than the USA allows it's
prison population to live in?

It says more about Europe than it does about a warm summer.

Ya, it says something about the loss of it's moderate climate due to
global heating.
