Here are the figures for the last decade. 1998 14.57 *********************o***** 1999 14.33 *****************o 2000 14.33 *****************o 2001 14.48 ************************o 2002 14.56 *************************o** 2003 14.55 **************************o* 2004 14.49 *************************o 2005 14.63 *****************************o** 2006 14.54 ***************************o 2007 14,57 ***************************** Look at all those "o"'s lined up there. The trend is up, Up, UP. |

![]() "Dexter" wrote Look at the last couple years of the graph. The last couple of years are only constitute two data points. Realistically you need 2 to 3 decades to determine a climatic trend. But the evidence is obvious. Over the last 10 years there has been significant warming of about 2'C per century. Natural variability is .5'C So you can superimpose that magnitude of fluctuation on the CO2 induced warming curve. Observed warming is .74'C and rising. |
