Default Wgrib help

Hi,

I'm trying to export the WGRIB data to a text format, so that i can
export the data to MySQL database.

wgrib.exe -s NCEP_Data\A22959-0701.pgb.f00 | grep ":UGRD:"| grep ":50
mb:" | wgrib.exe -i -text -h -4yr -min -H -o output.txt NCEP_Data
\A22959-0701.pgb.f00

with this command the parameter value alone is output to the
output.txt

I want information like lat/long, level etc., to be output to the same
file & arranged in 1 row for each record..

If i use the -PDS10 option i could get some information, but i'm not
sure on how to combine the data.

appreciate your inputs
