Co2 is a pigment. Take 12 drops of food coloring and place them in a 2
litre pop bottle.

Does the color of the water change? Yes.

If you put the darkened water in the sunlight does it warm faster than an
uncolored bottle? Yes.

Well the dilution ratio of 12 drops of pigment to 2 litres of water is the
same as the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere.
