What exactly do you mean by 'my fear' of global warming?
I couldn't give a stuff either way.
Now, did a series of nuclear submarines surface at the geophysical
Northern Pole or didn't they?
Yes or no.?
Pretty simple.
Is the Northern passage open year round yet ?

Sure, nothing but open water. :-)

Foo-Foo:

If this story about an icebreaker getting caught in wind-driven pack ice
(which happens all the time, by the way (in fact it happened to this same
ship a couple of years ago in roughly the same place)) means that warming
isn't happening, and there is a story with a photo taken in September 2008
showing a vast expanse of open water at 90N, will you agree that warming is
happening?

Anecdotal is as anecdotal does.

Nobody denies the Arctic is warming, but it isn't the big deal
it is made out to be with reporters clamoring to find a news story
at all costs.

The PDO is the striking event in climate, try to deny that,
hopefully it will not get too cold.
