Default REPOST - 2009 Feb 24 - "ALL QUIET" ALERT

Note to California warmists: this "ALL QUIET" ALERT is not going away until
the Sun begins to show some life again, which may not be for 100 years or
for 100,000 years. Death Valley is a result of the last great glaciation
which covered North America, everywhere except California.

# From the SIDC (RWC-Belgium): "ALL QUIET" ALERT #
#--------------------------------------------------------------------#
START OF ALL QUIET ALERT ....................... The SIDC - RWC
Belgium expects quiet Space Weather conditions for the next 48 hours or
until further notice. This implies that: * the solar X-ray output is
expected to remain below C-class level, * the K_p index is expected to
remain below 5, * the high-energy proton fluxes are expected to remain
below the event threshold.
