Seasonal temperature fluctuations between January and July are many
magnitudes greater than any temperature variation arising from long term global climate fluctuations irrespective of the dispute as to the origins of these long term variation. As planetary dynamics are involved in cyclical seasonal variations, meteorologists omit the single greatest input or rather opt for a less likely input based on planetary inclination to solar radiation. In short, meteorologists do not know what causes the seasons via planetary dynamics,at least presently insofar as they rely on the flawed original premise and conclusion of Copernicus - "To this circle, which goes through the middle of the signs, and to its plane, the equator and the earth's axis must be understood to have a variable inclination. For if they stayed at a constant angle, and were affected exclusively by the motion of the centre, no inequality of days and nights would be observed. On the contrary,it day or the day of equal daylight and darkness, or summer or winter, or whatever the character of the season, it would remain identical and unchanged." Copernicus http://www.liverpoolmuseums.org.uk/n...gh_low_sun.gif Without an understanding of planetary dynamics as the cause for seasonal temperature fluctuations, linking carbon dioxide levels as solely respsonsible for global climate variations is reckless in the extreme. |
