You overlook the possibility that not everyone wants to waste his or
her time arguing the toss with people who are evident shills and who
have no credible or evidence-based objections to make to existing
knowledge on the subject.

Lending credibility to the litany of long-debunked GPC talking points
and blather would simply have detgracted from serious discussion.
