Default Basic climate question

Here is an undisputed fact that is disputed by every scientist -

The Earth turns once in 24 hours.

If a person came to this forum with the idea that the Earth is flat,it
would be automatically understood that this person has nothing
worthwhile to say on any other matter. The cause, effect and formal
proof using values for the value of 24 hours is exceptionally simple
to prove and subsequently the alternative value is easy enough to
disprove.

The global problem is many, many times worse than anything
climatological - try Orwell

"Nazi theory indeed specifically denies that such a thing as "the
truth" exists. […] The implied objective of this line of thought is a
nightmare world in which the Leader, or some ruling clique, controls
not only the future but the past. If the Leader says of such and such
an event, "It never happened"—well, it never happened. If he says that
two and two are five—well, two and two are five. This prospect
frightens me much more than bombs […]" Orwell

A global civilisation that cannot tell how long it takes the planet to
turn once is in serious, serious trouble, that is not an opinion but a
100% geometric certainty.
