This is why there are no astronomers but plenty of astrologers.

I know I am going to regret this........... but
anyway...................I'm sure I'm not alone in wondering what on
earth (or space) that statement means??

If you are going to regret it why did you reply and then ask a
question ?.

The answer as to the difference between astronomers and astrologers is
in context of observations and the conclusion they draw ,and yes, even
to the point of the most basic and fundamental questions about the
planet. The basic fact that the Earth turns once in 24 hours is just
one instance where astronomers differ from astrologers as they use
different reasoning to arrive at a 23 hour 56 minute 04 second value.

You just said there were no astronomers, rattlehead.
