Science is not "dying." Science grant funding, as with all
management, is is about process not product. Those who offer a
zero-risk business plan with guaranteed budget, a PERT chart, and
large DCF/ROI will always win over drudges who claim "truth" and the
unacceptable uncertainties that entails. It is the documented managed
trip and its expense chits that matter, not some amorphous
extrapolated eventual destination.

Christ is coming back - of that have no doubt. Fill every collection
plate in the interim or babies will die.
