Ocean water warming up is the big factor. It gave the "Heavy Air

When the waters (that includes the seas, lakes
marshlands and rivers) are warmer (usually at
night) convection carries CO2 in the warmer
waters to the clouds. When a cloud meets a
cold front the convection dissolves into rain
or snow and becomes fertilizer. More than 75%
of the global surfaces are water and when the
most of the precip carries the CO2 into the
photsynthesis process and the remaining water
returns to the seas.

There is no way on earth that the waters can
lose their ability absorb CO2. Not Ever!!!
